Audrey Vaughan passionately believes that you can't build a movement without first building a community. With that in mind, she has consistently sought to find and foster groups of dedicated individuals to make change. At Whitman College Audrey co-founded the Fossil Fuel Divestment Campaign and led a team to put on an immigration symposium - pulling together students, alumni, faculty and regional leaders to discuss issues critical to the local Eastern Washington community. In her free time, she was buried deep in math textbooks earning her degree in Mathematics.
Out of college, Audrey combined her passions for building connections, improving the lives of others, and logical thinking as a product manager at 98point6, where she works to leverage technology to make primary healthcare accessible and affordable to all. She is excited to take Common Purpose to the next level and build impactful programs to further the development of young, diverse individuals in becoming civic multipliers in their community. Democracy's a verb, and it's a verb we can only do together.
“Audrey Vaughan is her own, entirely unique Audrey.”
